What types of fitness equipment do I need for the group classes?

For my group fitness classes, I recommend using resistance bands and dumbbells. You can substitute the dumbbells for a bag full of books or laundry detergent! I will always give bodyweight options. You might also need a step or an elevated surface! 

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

All of my programs come with a nutrition guide and I am always available to answer any questions you might have!
