If you’re looking for a killer workout that does both; boost your energy & completely leave you drenched in sweat, Rachel’s workouts are for YOU! During the pandemic I have found lots of joy to home workouts and believe it’s important to focus on your overall well-being. Youtube is great, but there is something different about Rachel’s workouts!! She incorporates a fun & personable energy to them, holds you accountable but understands and incorporates different suggestions depending on your level of fitness. Rachel is a person who is very approachable and understanding, which I believe are important traits to have as a fitness trainer. Rachel is someone who completes every training with a smile, and emphasizes importance of appreciation for attending and being present within in our workout. Something we so often loose track on — our self-care and fitness goals. I really appreciate the high intensity & 45-50 mins of pure high speed energy, with a nice cool down stretching afterwards. She reminded her how important stretching is for our recovery. I suggest Rachel to my friends and family, and it has been a treat to see her grow more and more into the fitness warrior she is! Her passion and love for fitness and health does not go unnoticed!
